Jessica is the founder of Hilltop Osteopathy and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019, receiving her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.). Her education was rooted in the principles of Classical Osteopathy, and she is a member in good standing of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).

Jessica is passionate about the philosophy of Osteopathy and its recognition of the interconnected nature of the body, as well as its inherent capacity to heal and adapt. She is fascinated by anatomy, physiology and the mechanics of how our bodies move, and enjoys continually deepening her understanding through ongoing study, professional development and clinical experience. She believes that continually expanding her knowledge is an important part of providing thoughtful, individualized osteopathic care.

Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys hiking, biking and camping, and finds plenty of joy in spending time outdoors. She also loves travelling, tending to her plants, and spending quality time with her partner, family and friends.
